How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Submit Evidence: For transit damage, provide clear photographs or video documentation. For defects, furnish a detailed description of the issue.
- Follow Instructions: Upon approval, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping guidelines. Securely package the item in its original materials, affix the RA number, and return it to the designated address provided in our response.
- Your Responsibilities: You bear the cost of return shipping. We advise using a traceable service and obtaining insurance to safeguard against loss or damage en route. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds
Eligibility: Refunds are granted only for approved returns arising from manufacturer defects or verified transit damage. Funds will be returned to your original method of payment.
